At the time it was founded in 1992, Ducker Physio was a family-owned business. Over time, it has steadily expanded beyond being a family-owned business. At the moment, ownership is held by Mark Ducker, one of the original founders and our managing director, as well as Mark Covino, who joined the board of directors in January 2018. However, the original family-owned goals of consistently offering top-notch hands-on care and putting a strong emphasis on fantastic customer service have not changed. Both "Marks" are extremely motivated and hardworking, and they both focus on constant improvement in all areas of the organisation while also actively seeking out customer input.
