What a great time diving with Bill and Steph from Aqua TCI. We did 4 days of diving with one of the days being a three tank Safari. They are very knowledgeable and patient, constantly pointing out interesting things to see. We went diving with my two teenaged daughters, who are on their way to getting their junior advanced open water. Bill and Steph constantly gave them encouragement and pointers to improve their diving.
After the first dive of the day, we always had fruit, crisps ( chips for us Americans), and excellent banana bread that Steph made.
What is nice is that there are never more than 8 to 9 people on the boat. Everything is always personalized and the boat is back to the dock around 1:30, allowing the afternoon to be enjoyed, which is not always the case with most of the...
We dove with Aqua TCI and my husband and I couldn't be happier that we did. Bill and Stephanie are terrific and took excellent care of us. We were spoiled with the nice spread of snacks during our surface interval, them picking us up from our hotel so we didn't have to rent a car and them rinsing and storing our gear for the next day. I would definitely recommend the 3 tank dive if you can, it was an amazing day. We really enjoyed our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I dove with Aqua Tci from March 3rd through 14th, doing ten 2 tank dives each. We highly recommend this dive operation to anyone contemplating a diving holiday in the Turks and Caicos. We would give them six stars, if Dive Advisor let us.
A typical diving day with the friendly accommodating owners, Stephanie and Bill Wallwork, starts with a hotel pick up around 7:45 am, a two tank dive at West Caicos, NW Point or Sandbore Channel, followed by a drop off at your accommodations around 2:00 pm. Conditions sometimes allow them to take divers to French Cay as well. Besides most of the typical wildlife and coral found throughout the Caribbean you will see turtles and sharks patrolling the reef walls on almost every dive and if you are fortunate, dolphins and maybe even a humpback ...
We had such an amazing experience with Stephanie and Bill! We had 4 days of diving, with one day being a 3 tanker. I appreciated their interest in safety over cash. The 3 tank day was stormy and windy and Bill called the dive after 2 tanks. They never had more than 8 in a group and were very accommodating to students gaining certification as well as resort divers.
We were able to see a hump back whale surface, Dolphins (above & below water) reef shark, spotted eagle Rays and the usual suspects; various reef fish.
I've dived many places in the Caribbean an this is definitely the best dive operation I have used. If I go back to T&C it will be solely to dive with Steph and Bill again.
These guys are great!
We saw 3 different species of shark, including a lemon (8 or so in total) on our first dive. Many other fun things to see as well. (Goliath grouper, giant rays, barracuda and many others)
We had the pleasure and honor of being visited by a couple whales, one being in the water 30-40 yards away. Very impressive and memorable. The other one came right up the side of the boat, as if he was coming to say hello...
Bill and Steph are great guides and very safety conscious. They are fun and charismatic. Always pleasant on a dive!
The best thing of all is they have the fastest boat on this side of the island, which allows them to get their pick of the site, each and every day!
You can't go wrong with Aqua TCI
Simply put -- MOST EXCELLENT! During research/planning for recent trip, initially contacted Flamingo Divers. They were booked, but highly recommended AQUA TCI, very professional on their part. From my initial email contact with Stephanie, I experienced why Flamingo recommended Aqua TCI. Email responses were timely, and informative. Stephanie patiently worked with me to create a schedule for completing my open water referral while I was on Provo. After I completed my e-learning and pool requirements I shared my successes with Stephanie. In a reply, she asked if I had any challenges. I mentioned one in the email exchange. When she picked me up at the hotel, after the "hellos", she asked about my challenge (CESA). I was impressed with her attention to details.

Stephanie & Bill take at most 8 divers on their immaculate boat, and guide them with sure but gentle hand into the deep waters of West Caicos, the French Key, or the North-west point. Clock-work operation, top notch equipment and a personal touch make the trip unforgettable. Truly recommendable as one of the best diving experience on TCI. Professional, safe, funny and kind - we shall be back for more perfect diving with you guys!
I scheduled my first trip to the Turks & Caicos (Provo) March because I wanted to dive there. I researched dive shops on Provo and found AquaTCI, a small husband and wife operation running out of the South Marina. They looked like just the type of dive operation I like, small groups, fast boat, and "valet" service handling my equipment. I contacted AquaTCI through their website and quickly heard back from Stephanie Wallwork, one of the owners, almost immediately. We emailed back and forth and I ended up scheduling 5 days of two tank diving. Stephanie was very responsive and a pleasure to work with over email (some dive operators are not nearly as responsive to email questions).
I dove with AquaTCI from March 1 through March 5, 2015. As I have been a fast breather, Stephanie had of...
My daughter and I did our open water certification with Stephanie and Bill. I am a retired science teacher and realized right away the skills that Stephanie posessed comunicating the concepts needed for safe diving. Bill and Stephanie were thorough in their preparation and relaxed in their demeaner. The two days of certification were planned to allow you to enjoy the dives as well as get a very professional series of lessons. A small group of divers allows for more interaction and camaraderie and that was evident on the two days of diving.
As an individual that values ecological pursuits I was impressed with Stephanie and Bill's active involvement in maintaining the marine environment. It should be an obvious choice for both students and experienced divers to go with Aqua TCI.
My girlfriend (a certified diver) convinced me to give scuba diving a try on our trip to Turks and Caicos in December. I neurotically researched the various dive companies beforehand and chose this one because of (1) the excellent reviews, (2) Steph's professionalism and friendliness over the phone and (3) the fact that they would allow an uncertified diver to join the others on the boat dive (under Bill's close supervison). The only problem was that they were totally booked by the time I made my decision. Sensing my disappointment, Steph pulled a rabbit out of her hat and off we went diving with her and Bill. They are fun, friendly and very professional. Bill watched me like a hawk while under water for my first time. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I'm getting certified and current...
Getting the ideal Dive Experience is a great feeling and few things compare the perfect dive. Having said that, everyone’s definition of a perfect dive greatly varies but one thing that would be useful to any diver is information.
Our reviews allow for users to meaningfully express their diving experience across a series of Dive Sites and a single Dive Shop.
We feel that reviews of various businesses and locations are some of the most valuable benefits that the internet has brought about. There are people that truly deliver a good service and take pride in the work they do and then there are those who are in for the short term profit. It is important to distinguish these businesses and reward the ones who deserve your money.
