Simply put -- MOST EXCELLENT! During research/planning for recent trip, initially contacted Flamingo Divers. They were booked, but highly recommended AQUA TCI, very professional on their part. From my initial email contact with Stephanie, I experienced why Flamingo recommended Aqua TCI. Email responses were timely, and informative. Stephanie patiently worked with me to create a schedule for completing my open water referral while I was on Provo. After I completed my e-learning and pool requirements I shared my successes with Stephanie. In a reply, she asked if I had any challenges. I mentioned one in the email exchange. When she picked me up at the hotel, after the "hellos", she asked about my challenge (CESA). I was impressed with her attention to details.

Stephanie and Bill were great on/and in the water. I got wet, but didn't drown, nor did Stephanie feed me to the sharks :) . Both we're very patient, and coaching. Assisting me when needed, letting me try things (even if I might goof, like forgetting to turn air fully on) and of course laughing with me. Under water, I felt very comfortable that Stephanie was keeping me safe, yet letting me explore/learn. Kinda of like watching an infant learn to walk. Also, Aqua TCI only takes small groups, never more than 8 folks. The boat is roomy, lots of walking space, and very comfortable. Most definitely, high recommend Aqua TCI, and will book with them on next trip.
