Every thing very very good
Except minor point the chairs on the sundeck are brokem and old
The itenirary, the crew, the boat were amazing Tubbataha was mond blowing
We had the best weather I have ever experienced on a liveaboard: mirror flat seas giving perfect reflections of the bright white fluffy clouds - very picturesque. Coral reefs were outstanding and unspoilt. The best I’ve seen for 40 years. There were sometimes other dive boats in our locations and it was irritating to come across other groups underwater but this was not unduly disruptive. There were currents but not outrageous ones and the dive guides always let us go with them, even when we had to turn 180 degrees. No risk of currents dragging you into open water, unlike some Pacific locations I’ve dived. Good visibility. Amazing marine life and on the final dive we saw a whale shark which was a first for me. Very exciting.
The Cruise Directors were outstanding (husband and wife team...
I really enjoyed the jole trip and got the chance to see the whale shark.
Over 1500 dives in the South West Pacific and I have never seen a reef complex sooooo healthy. A few countries could learn how to manage and police a Marine Park from the team at the Tubbataha Management Office. Density and Diversity are magnificent.
Of course the cream on top is the experienced and always happy and helpful Sire II crew. The service whilst appearing effortless we know it takes a well oiled team to look that good. We wanted for nothing more.
If there were not so many other places to see and dive we would be back tomorrow.
We just returned on the transition trip (from Tabbataha to Sebu) in May/June 2018 and had a terrific time!
The diving in Tubataha is refreshingly untouched (due to no-fishing) with Whale sharks, reef sharks, tuna and trevali as well as myriads of smaller fish. great trip with a variety of dive types (reef, wall, muck, big and small stuff etc.). Muck diving in Dauin was great too! so many amazing creatures (sea horses, ambon scorpion fish, ornate ghost pipe fish, crustacians of all sorts, frog fish, odd pipefish , cepholopod and + ... ! much more than Lembeh straits and much less depressing trash than Lembe The boat was comfortable (we stayed in the smaller double cabin # 1, larger bathroom, smaller cabin, very comfortable but with anchor noise when anchored {bit most of the dives/ov...
The diving in the Tubbataha was amazing! You can tell it is a marine park because the life here is so abundant. You can tell by the fish life, and the abundance of Sharks on each dive. I think we saw it all from Mantas, Whale Sharks and tornadoes of Jacks. The crew on the Philippine siren is one of the best we have had. They were so helpful and entertaining, you can tell everyone loved their job. They did everything in their power to get you what you needed. I highly recommend to dive this area with this group! It doesnt get any better.
I had a great time. It IS my second time with you and looking forward forma the next. Only two recommendations: in some áreas of the boat the floor IS very slippery. The sofas in the common area are bumpy, they need replacement. Congrats...
Long travel time to get there but worth every hour of it. The diving was great with plenty of underwater life to see. Be sure to bring your camera/video to capture that unbelievable moment when the Whale Shark swims up next to you. The crew, accommodations, food and diving on the SY Philippine Siren were the best. Even without any night diving there was plenty to do on the ship to stay busy. Would have liked to stay another week.
I saw one at 103,ft and other divers had super close encounter at surface for 10 min and 44 sec! The video was amazing!!
Lots of turtles and sharks, and a couple marbled sting rays!
Getting the ideal Dive Experience is a great feeling and few things compare the perfect dive. Having said that, everyone’s definition of a perfect dive greatly varies but one thing that would be useful to any diver is information.
Our reviews allow for users to meaningfully express their diving experience across a series of Dive Sites and a single Dive Shop.
