After many years of traveling and diving all over the world, Bas Noij and his wife Ellie settled down on Bonaire. In 2007 Bas started running dive tours on a freelance basis and in 2009 he started VIP Diving. From day one Bas has had a steady following of people that loved his vision of diving “VIP style”.
