About Us

Here we are, over 10 years in the dive business and still going strong! We are proud of our students, our staff, and their accomplishments. With hundreds and hundreds (thousands) of certifications through the doors, we are Ontario’s Most Trusted Dive Training and Service Centre. Our customers come to us for a course, but when they are finished, we adopt them into our family. The Shop is more than a store or service facility, for some, it’s a second home, a social club and more…

One of the first questions new customers ask us is, “Why should I pick Tri-City Scuba?”

We tell them that we are a PADI 5-Star IDC, we sell and service virtually all manufacturers and types of scuba gear, we are a full Tri-Mix dive centre, we take students from Open Water to Instructor certification, our core values include safety and quality instruction … there is a very long, an impressive (if we do say for ourselves) list of qualifications, value statements and awards. It’s simpler than that, we listen to you.
