The Hote Aqua is Portlands top diver destination. Situated just a stones throw from Castletown Beach, we have ready access to the water where you'll find great wrecks and captivating wildlife year round.
Also on-site is an air station and maintnenance workshop, kit-wash, drying and changing room. Instructors can be available by prior arrangement.
You'll also be very comfortable. The Hotel Aqua has 25 en suite bedrooms, all with tv, tea and coffee making facilities, and free wifi. Add to this a cafe and a bar/grill and you've got a great venue for your drive trip.

Ok for a short stay The location of the Hotel is ok if you are taking part in any of the local activities like Diving , water sports and hiking but if just on a break then it’s a bit isolated with very little to do... Reviewed 7/17/2024

Nice location and a nice hotel A group of us used this hotel as a base to go scuba diving from Portland marina and it is really convenient for that. The rooms were clean and had everything that you would expect and are good value... Reviewed 7/2/2024

Amazing little hotel run by Martin Martin is the hardest-working hotel owner I have ever met. I arrived as a house parent with 8 kids and a coach for a 2-night stay. We changed room configurations multiple times, had wet kit, demands... Reviewed 5/28/2024
