The Hote Aqua is Portlands top diver destination. Situated just a stones throw from Castletown Beach, we have ready access to the water where you'll find great wrecks and captivating wildlife year round.
Also on-site is an air station and maintnenance workshop, kit-wash, drying and changing room. Instructors can be available by prior arrangement.
You'll also be very comfortable. The Hotel Aqua has 25 en suite bedrooms, all with tv, tea and coffee making facilities, and free wifi. Add to this a cafe and a bar/grill and you've got a great venue for your drive trip.

Simple but clean and friendly This is a simple hotel but for a comfy night's sleep with friendly staff it was great. The room was very clean. The bathroom was nice and modern. It was excellent for getting to sailing academy... Reviewed 3/25/2023

Basic but friendly Basic but friendly and clean. Helpful receptionist. Rooms basic but clean with fresh paint around the hotel. Decor etc. is dated. Breakfast basic with cheap sausages etc. but reasonably plentiful. Reviewed 2/23/2023
