I travelled to Thailand for a weeks diving but because of work timings I arrived about a week after all of the live-aboards stopped running, so I contacted Sub Aqua Dive Centre to put together a package for me . They were really helpful from the start, suggested an itinerary that suited me really well and were able to make changes to make it exactly what I wanted. It included 15 dives over 5 days and three PADI specialities at a very good price. When I arrived my flight was delayed, Marc was very helpful and stayed several hours late to make sure I was able to dive the next morning. Simon who was my instructor and buddy met me the next morning, he told me that I had been booked onto the same boat (they use shared boats in Phuket) for the full week which was awesome as I meant we only needed to carry our gear once and leave it set up for the duration! He was clear with his instruction, had a deep local knowledge and was consistently helpful. His local knowledge ensured that we saw lots of marine life, including rays, shark and even a green turtle during the week, often other groups on the same boat hadn't seen the good stuff until I showed them my camera! The boat was well organised, had helpful boat boys and crew with everything you could want and great food too. I would dive in Phuket again and I would certainly be happy to use and recommend Sub Aqua's service any time!
