The HMCS Annapolis is an artificial reef and divers paradise located in Halkett Bay, Gambier Island, just a 15 minute boat ride from Gibsons Harbour.   The 110 foot Canadian Navy Destroyer was in service from 1964 to 1996 when it became decommissioned,  and sunk on the 6 April 2015.The Annapolis has become home to a diversity of marine life, underwater habitat, divers paradise and a great tourist attraction for Gibsons and the Sunshine Coast.We have partnerships with local bed & breakfasts, cottages and hotels, to compliment your diving experience and to enjoy the local culture and hospitality in Gibsons and the surrounding Sunshine Coast
