About Us

Are you interested in Scuba Diving in British Columbia in Pacific North West?  Then you have come to the right place!

Kevin and Jan Breckman welcome you to Sea Dragon Charters, operating out of two superb locations – Howe Sound and Nanaimo.

We can take you to areas where we commonly see Pacific octopus, a wide variety of crabs including Puget Sound King Crabs, wolf eels, nudibranchs, a wide variety of starfish, game fish, and beautiful bizarre fish such as the decorated warbonnet and thegrunt sculpin.

Above the surface we often see bald eagles on our dive trips. You may even be lucky enough to have a seal come play with you.

All levels of diving are catered to, from new Open Water Certified divers to Instructor.

We cater to individuals or groups. Don’t worry if you don’t have a dive buddy, we can arrange a buddy for you based on experience or have one of our staff of experienced Dive masters dive with you.

Not a scuba diver? Worry not as we also offer an incredible Cruise & Snorkelling Adventure that allows non-divers to soak up the scenery and see the beauty of British Columbia from a unique perspective.

Dive trips average 4-5 hours in duration. Dive sites may vary due to group abilities and environmental conditions, at the Captain’s discretion.
