Great instructors who were very friendly. Great to see so much respect for the ocean. They let us use a go pro so the whole thing is recorded.
Foi um ótimo atendimento, excelente pessoas.
I got my OWD certificate at Scuba Caribe Punta Cana. During my course, all the staff has been very professional and detailed. During the theory, I got enormous helped with them as I was not really confident with myself under the water. All my questions where answered and I was getting more and more confident.
Once in the pool, we repeated all exercises until every were clear I got a good feeling in the water. During my two first dives, we went to a nearby spot, it was great get in touch with this new world, and my feelings under the water were better and better, I only felt a little bit dizzy during the change of my tank between the first and the second tank.
Later that week, we went to another spot, a little bit further, but most impressive, out in the Atlantic coast. It was a ...
Great dive, we were at the Cancun dive shop, staff were very patient and made sure we had a good long dive. Highly reccommend!
The Dive -Spots are near by and the Dive Guides are friendly and Competent. Sometimes i wish that it was posible to dive in the afternoon.
The pool lessons were good and the instructors very nice. They recognized the more nervous/inexperienced people in the group and ensured that they felt comfortable. The only fault I would say is that they did not go over the pressurizing your ears very well, when on the dive I indicated to one of the instructors that I was having trouble with my ears and he more or less just pushed forward with everything. I highly recommend asking to practice pressurizing, although it may seem like a simple concept, if not done correctly it can be quite uncomfortable.
I believe it would have been more enjoyable as well if you can get a group that are all going on the same type of dive. Our group was divided between beginners and experienced people, the experienced divers won out and so there was a ...
Got seasick.
The 3 star rating in no way reflects the operation of Scubacaribe
I had a great experience. We went for our advanced diving cert and so glad we did. The staff was helpful, kind and polite EXCEPT for the young lady at the desk! I am so glad I didn't met her my first day because I would never have signed up. After we went through the class we stopped in to give info for our PADI cards and go on another dive. Beyond rude-- She refused to take our credit card because we didn't have our ID (forget the fact that we just spent 600.00 there on our credit card and they had just handed us our temp/photo PADI ID) We only had enough cash for one of us to dive and on that dive there were dolphins-- THIS broke my heart. I am so sad that this wonderful experience ended on a sour note
Had a blast with Scubacaribe. The instructors were great and very friendly. I learned a lot and thanks to Lloyd Haye I am now a rescue diver and one step closer to becoming a master diver.
Getting the ideal Dive Experience is a great feeling and few things compare the perfect dive. Having said that, everyone’s definition of a perfect dive greatly varies but one thing that would be useful to any diver is information.

There are people that truly deliver a good service and take pride in the work they do and then there are those who are in for the short term profit. It is important to distinguish these businesses and reward the ones who deserve your money.
