About Us

I B Divers started in Imperial Beach in 1989 teaching exclusively through MWR on military installations in San Diego county. They opened their first retail location in June 2002 in Imperial Beach. Since then, their facility in Imperial Beach has grown substantially and they have added a secondary location in La Jolla.

These training facilities offer the highest level of training available. The certifications that are received by students come with passing the highest standards in the industry. The certifications that are issued come through NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors) which is the first world wide training agency and maintains the highest training requirements to date.
