We are PADI instructors offering VIP Service.  

El Tour Caribe was created with one goal in mind – to provide exceptional dive experiences to those visiting Punta Cana.  Our owners are a unique combination of local and international knowledge that leverage their considerable experience to deliver memories of a lifetime.

We understand that in today’s fast paced world, vacations have become an increasingly important way to relax, reconnect with family and friends, and experience new and interesting places. With this in mind, we provide the highest quality dives by customizing your dive itinerary with the sites that interest you the most and by only dealing with small groups.  While other companies also offer dive excursions, we strongly believe our expertise and approach set us apart.

The large dive shops sell dive excursions – typically in very large groups where your one on one time with the instructor is minimal and your dive time is decided by the diver who breathes fastest. We focus on smaller groups and your interaction with the instructor is increased as will your dive time as there are less divers in the group.  We have a 4 diver to one guide maximum ratio and we are very diligent in applying it.  We also offer private teaching for those wishing to take PADI Dive Courses.

Our Approach
 is that we believe quality service is not only highly valued by customers, but ultimately leads to better experiences and higher satisfaction.  That is why we personally accompany you on the dives.

Our Owners are two individuals who have come from very different backgrounds to form this joint venture.

Lise Ménard ~ PADI Master Scuba Diver Instructor
 Ms. Ménard is Canadian and has traveled to many places around the world before deciding to settle in the beautiful Dominican Republic. She owned her own financial planning practice in Canada for many years and knows what it takes to make for exceptional client services.  Ms. Ménard also understands the level of trust that is needed for travelers to set out on a dive excursion with peace of mind, knowing they are in good hands.  Lise is a PADI Instructor and can offer PADI dive courses and services in French, English and Spanish.

Edwar Rodriguez ~ PADI Scuba Diving Instructor
 Mr. Rodriguez is Dominican and has been involved in the tourism sector of Punta Cana for 7 years.  Prior to forming Punta Cana Scuba Diving and El Tour Caribe, Mr. Rodriguez held a variety of positions including that of tour guide. He brings a firsthand vision of what is needed to make your excursion experience a memorable one.  Many of his photos are the ones you will find on this site.

Victor Rodriguez ~ Dive and Snorkel Guide Mr. Rodriguez has the patience of an Angel therefore making him the perfect guide for beginners and first time snorkelers.  He loves taking unique underwater photos of his guests and strives to make sure everyone has a fantastic time.
