Hello diving community!

I am an extremely unhappy customer and I decided to spend my time to notify divers so they can stay away from the negative experience that I got at the dive centre 'The Wave' in January 2015. My friend and I decided to take 2 PADI courses in that diving centre: Scuba Review and Open Water Diver.

The equipment in the diving centre The Wave is very old, regulators, masks and fins are the cheapest models and poor quality. Prime example (which seems to be a joke but it is sad because it is true) - customers can’t sit on bench that is located in their tiny yard in the middle because the bench may break - it is too old and shaky.

The instructor Svetlana was very rude to both of us. Instead of welcoming and engaging with you she acts in a very negative way. I was not treated like a customer at all, instead of friendly and warm atmosphere that I expected from my prior experiences with diving community I encountered hostility and rudeness. Not a single word of encouragement or smile while teaching Open Water Diver class. I only received yelling and exclamations that I'm doing everything incorrectly (with very little prior explanations). Horrible experience, I've never been treated like that in my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIVING CENTRE ‘THE WAVE’
