Dive Aventuras, a PADI 5-Star Gold Palm Resort, conveniently located in the Omni Beach Resort in Puerto Aventuras, south of Playa del Carmen in the heart of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Our location is perfect for the diver and non-diver alike with white sand beaches at your doorstep, Mayan ruins, and Eco-tours just minutes away. Why Choose us?

  • EXPERIENCE. We have been in business (and in the same location) for 28 years. We are PADI’s first 5-Star Gold Palm Resort in Mexico.
  • STAFF. Our staff has been with us on average 10yrs with some employees working here since 1988. They are locals—not new scuba guides working their way around the globe trying to see the world. All of our guides are PADI instructors or working towards their instructor status.
  • SMALL GROUPS. We keep our groups small with a max of 5 divers per guide so you have plenty of attention from our staff. We don’t like to dive on cattle boats so we don’t want you to either!
  • MARINA. Our boats are in a terrific marina. No loading gear off the beach.
  • SHORT BOAT RIDES. Most of our sites are less than a 10 minute boat ride out of the marina
  • EDUCATION. We are dedicated to proper scuba training. No shortcuts from us. We want you to have fun and learn to be a competent, confident diver upon certification.
  • CONCIERGE SERVICE. We transport your gear to the boats for diving and bring it back to the shop afterwards. We rinse it and store it for you too!
  • SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY. Enough said.
  • PASSION. We are passionate about diving. It’s not just a job for us. It’s a way of life.
