Advice on Diving in US Virgin Islands

The weather is gorgeous and does not get too hot. The lowest recorded temperature ever recorded was on St. Thomas 52 degrees F in November 1999. The water temperatures off the US Virgin Islands are ideal for scuba diving without a wetsuit.
