Advice for diving Jordanelle Reservoir in United States

Poor visibility, Cold, full 7mm suit recommended. there isnt much to see, mostly because you cant see it, the floor of the reservoir is some of the stickiest silt you'll find, cakes everything it touches.

The visibility causes a hazard around the play zone in the lake, not only should you not dive it because its private, but the floats, slides, etc are anchored down with massive cement blocks, which you'll probably find with your face if you are not being careful.

that all being said, if its close to you there is no lack of deep water and is still a good place to do a quick run to testing new gear or brushing up on your skill.
