Whale sharks at Mafia Island are like a moving mini-ecosystem. Other fish species, such as golden trevally, striped pilot fish, remoras and cobia swim with them all the time. And when they find a good patch of plankton, other species like sardines join in the feast. This is pretty cool biologically speaking, and also makes for great photos!
