Notes:

This was our first time to dive Koh Bon. The long tail captain told us no one dives at Koh Bon and we were the first divers he’s taken to the island. We started our dive from the southwest corner and went north along the coastline. The beginning of the dive had a large school of barracudas. Soon after we saw two stationary barracudas, each with their own juvenile remora on top. Throughout the dive there were several types of reef fish. The coral was about 50 percent alive, and 50 percent dead. There were large coral formations, but not as big as coral island. One of the noticeable features was the number of small swim-throughs. One was almost large enough to swim through, but I stuck to the one large overhang. Once we reached 100 bar, we turned around and let the slight current carry us south back to the boat. On the way, we saw a juvenile moray eel on the way back.
