One of the many beautiful Caribbean spiny lobsters (Panulirus argus) that we see on our dives. These spiny lobsters are particularly important to the fishing industry of Antigua and Barbuda, however there is a closed season from the 1st of May - 30th of June. It is also illegal to harm, take, have in possession, place for sale, or purchase them when they are undersized, carrying eggs, molting, or have a tar spot.
