Jamie Hayes (jchayes) I am a marine biologist and enthusiast of all things oceanic. Whether snorkeling, diving, surfing, or sailing, I'm always excited to get in the water. I learned to dive in the beautiful waters of a Fijian lagoon, on Gau Island. Since then, my diving has taken me from cenotes in the Mexican Riviera Maya to the frigid waters off Rhode Island. I've found that no matter where you dive, there exists a separate and fascinating universe just under the surface.

We had 4 great dives while we stayed at Angaga Resort & Spa. One dive we saw whale sharks while we snorkelled and the other we saw 7 mantas around one of their cleaning stations. One hovered over us looking as interested in us as we were in her.
We spent a lovely time on INDO SIREN, starting as guests, leaving as friends.
The dives were good, visibility not too bad. THE CREW IS AMAZING!! From the CD to the roomkeeper, everybody is working hard and there is always a helping hand; double when you speak bahasa (as we do).
This October it was our 7-th trip to Thulhagiri. During these years several dive-teams were changed. But every team and dive center management were extremely professional and friendly. From my and my wife points of view there is nothing to change and improve in work of this excellent team. All the best and good luck in your not easy jibe.
Wonferful experience, slightly expensive but you get a great lesson about diving and acuatic enviroment
Preis / Leistung ok. Ausrüstung war gepflegt. Weiter zu empfehlen.
I finded a 5star service, professional, friendly and always perfect
Very good boat and equipment, Divemasters and Instructors professional, attentive to security but also to the enjoyment and maximum customer satisfaction
Sehr gut ausgestattete und organisierte Tauchbasis mit erfahrenen Tauchguides und einer Vielzahl an schönen und abwechslungsreichen Tauchplätzen in der Umgebung.
4 years ago I made my OWD at this dive center although I always said, that diving is not of my interest. I saw that dive center and decided spontaneously to start the OWD course (the pro's were: the overall systemic order, e.g. order of tanks, lists, wet-suits, information of boat trips incl their explanations, cleanliness of the dive center).
We went the course fastly through and I had a lot of fun with diving and started to love it. After 4 years we came back to Angaga. We had a first talk to one of the Management Team Members (Agnes Csomos), who informed us about the check dive and the route we would dive, she also took time to discuss our individual diving wishes in detail during out stay at Angaga.
Before ending our check dive Agnes showed us a corals breeding place, which impr...
The best things was the atmosphere, the service and the culture. I would love to spent a week more! The guides on the trip, Eissa and Basim really seemed to know the places and things we saw, and i felt very safe diving with them. They also told os that diving is not just fun, its also very serious and young people like us needs to know that it is a dangerous sport. But the trip was the best trip and it couldn't have been better!
