A friend and I signed up to take scuba lessons through this shop for $225, which included the books. We ended up finding a better deal elsewhere a month in advance, and had been previously been told that there was a 25% restocking fee (ie: $56.25 for the books). However, when we went to cancel, he only refunded $127.50 (50%), saying that he charged $56.25 for the books, then charged a 25% restocking fee on top of that! The books themselves are only worth $50, so there is nothing to "restock" if we pay the $56.25 to keep them! Plus the owner threatened me with a lawsuit just for complaining!

Very rude proprietor and misleading business practices; Use a different scuba shop.
