Tarvis Dive Center is named after the House Reef, Tarvis Reef, directly in front of the Dive Shop on Modessa Island (Formerly Coco Loco Island).

Managed and run by PADI Instructors Richard Rumbelow (British) and Florian Muller (German).

Florian has been living in Palawan since 2003 mostly living and Instructing for DALL Dive Center on the former Coco Loco Island.

Richard Has been a PADI instructor since 1998 having worked as Instructor in Thailand and since 2006 in Palawan also for DALL on Coco Loco Island.

With extensive knowledge of the area and the local dive sites you can be sure to have an enjoyable dive experience under their Instruction/guidance.

Tarvis Dive Center is equipped with a Coltri Sub Tropical MCH 16 Dive Compressor producing the purest of breathing air available, the first one to be delivered in the Philippines. New and well maintained, serviced Regulator Sets, BCD's, Dive Suits, Dive Cylinders, Fins, Masks, etc...

Banka boat (Out Rigger style) capable of carrying 4 Divers and 2 Crew in comfort to the local Dive Sites. We dive in small groups for maximum safety and enjoyment.
