About Us

Geko Divers is one of South Africa’s leading PADI Certified 5 Star Dive Centres & 5 Star Instructor Development Centres. Started in 2002 by Dawie Schlebusch, Geko has grown from strength to strength, and with over 100 000 combined dive hours under our belts, we’re underwater more than we are on dry land.

Geko is an authorized distributor of all high quality dive gear brands, and provides the highest level of quality PADI certifications, ranging from entry level recreational courses, such as the PADI Open Water Scuba Diver Certification, up to very technical and career grade diving courses, such as the PADI TecRec Tec Trimix 65 Course.

Geko has also been granted sole distribution rights in South Africa for the Oceanreef Full Face Mask product range, and by combining full face mask diving with sidemount diving, Geko Divers is perfectly equipped to train new and existing divers to change the way they dive for the better.
